Everybody can participate in the projects of Piedritas de Esperanza. All help is welcome: donation of food, clothes, other items and every euro will be very appreciated. We feel we can do far more than we are doing right now, so all help we receive will be used well. Piedritas de Esperanza has some donation programs:
Become a member of Piedritas de Esperanza
As a member of Piedritas de Esperanza you will receive a newletter two times per year with the new projects that the foundation started. Besides you will receive a welcoming gift, a toy that was made by the children of a local school in Bogota. As a member you donate EUR 25 per year.
Donate items
We live in a waste economy. Everything that doesn't serve us anymore, we throw away. Stop doing that! All items that can be useful for the children of Colombia, are welcome. We will ship these items to Colombia so that your items, like food, clothes, toys and books (preferably English or Spanish), can be given to the children.
Adopt a child program
As a virtual foster parent you can support one child in specific. You can choose from which project you adopt a child. For EUR 50 per year we will provide your adopted child with books to go to school, toys and food. As a foster parent you are in contact with this child, so you can write letters, send e-mails (if possible) or even telephone him or her. With this program you can see yourself how you help this specific child.
